Ideas engineered into reality

MTech is a superintelligence company.

We build intelligence that sees the work, understands it and carries it through, from the job site to the balance sheet.

FIG. 1 · Through the lens

They look like ordinary safety glasses. Look through them.

The wellsite turns into a live map. Every valve, tank and pump is connected to every sensor on location: gas detectors, pressure transmitters, air quality, even the wearer’s own heart rate.

FIG. 2 · What it does

It sees what nobody can.

A flange starts to leak. The gas is invisible, but the sensors feel it. The system fuses the readings, shows the hazard zone and its source, and routes the wearer upwind while it alerts the rest of the crew.

Everything it does in the field
FIG. 3 · Scale it up

Now scale it to the whole business.

The same intelligence, connected to the work, the people and the money.

FIG. 4 · Digital coworkers

Intelligence that decides, inside a system that delivers.

Each digital coworker owns a step of the work. The job travels between them with its owner, authority and evidence attached, and the control layer at the center decides what may happen.

One request.
Eight obligations.

Follow a single customer request as digital coworkers turn it into commitments, approvals, physical work and money. Open any action to see the controls around it, or interrupt the process and watch what holds it together.

The connected commercial lifecycle

One event moves
everything around it.

A single job touches procurement, inventory, field work, quality, billing, payables, receivables and settlement. Choose an event to see which obligations it changes.

Getting started

No heavy lifting.
Learn it by using it.

From VR practice to digital coworkers that learn your process, to systems that teach as you go. Getting started happens inside the work itself.

01

Practice in VR

Crews rehearse the real job on a virtual site, with the same guidance they’ll see in the lens.

02

Coworkers learn your way

Digital coworkers learn from your jobs, your procedures and your corrections, and ask when unsure.

03

Implement in steps

Coworkers start by watching and suggesting. Their authority grows only as you grant it.

04

Learn by using

Every screen shows the next step and why. The system is the training.

The invention

The rules that let AI
carry responsibility.

MTech gives AI a reliable way to act on its decisions inside a real business, where money moves, equipment ships and people are accountable.

MTech’s architecture keeps every piece of work tied to an owner, an authority and a record as it passes between AI agents, people and systems. An agent proposes. A separate control layer checks the approval, the current record and who owns the step, then acts and records what happened. Unclear answers from the outside world are reconciled before anything is repeated.

FIG. 1 · The central mechanism

The protected transition

When work moves from one agent to another, the transfer of responsibility and the exact approved next action are committed as one step. Either both happen or neither does.

The new owner receives the work with its authority, evidence and obligations attached. The previous owner can no longer act on it.

One owner · one approved next step · one record

FIG. 2

Authority separation

The agent states what it intends to do. A separate control layer holds the credentials and acts only when current authority, a matching approval and the live record all agree.

Permission lives in the control layer

FIG. 3

Recovery from uncertain outcomes

When a supplier or bank stays silent, the system marks the outcome as unknown and checks the outside record before any action is sent again.

Reconcile before replay

FIG. 4

Ownership and version checks

Each part of a job has one current owner and a version. An agent working from an old view, or one that no longer owns the step, is turned away before it can act.

One owner per concern

FIG. 5

Approval bound to the action

An approval covers one exact, recorded action and is used once. Change the item, the amount or the destination and it is a different action that needs a fresh approval.

One approval, one exact action

FIG. 6

Evidence before money

Billing and payment depend on the state of the work. An invoice cannot move ahead of the completion evidence it relies on.

Work state governs financial state

Invention and products

The architecture
comes first.

The invention is platform-neutral. It describes how AI-driven work should proceed in any business system. MTech’s products put parts of it to work.
